Beloved friends of the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus,

Peace be with you.

I find it a privilege to reach out to you (individually, as families and as communities) during this period of COVID 19 pandemic. Every passing day is a precious gift as we reassure ourselves of the promises of Jesus that, “I am with you always to the end of time” and “This too shall pass away”.  Let us continue to place our trust on Jesus and His mother Mary knowing that they will never fail us and so forget the uncertainties that the present situation offers us.

Please be assured that you are remembered daily in our prayers. We have the rare privilege of having Mass celebrated in our Convent Chapel everyday during this pandemic. Be assured that you are all placed on the paten and immersed in the Chalice during the Mass. It is also obvious that many have passed on to the Lord or are very sick in isolation centers during this period. Our hearts and prayers are with you also. As Handmaids (globally) we have lost two Sisters by natural death (not infection of COVID 19). May their souls and all the departed souls rest in perfect peace. Amen

Be assured of our continued prayers. We look forward to the best of times as we pray and hope in the Lord Jesus and His Mother Mary.
