Praise the Living God!

It is a thing of great joy that we the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus here in Canada are part of this epoch making celebration of Two Hundred Years of the arrival of the First Missionaries in the Western and Northern Canada. This celebration is being hosted by the Archdiocese than Saint Boniface Archdiocese where the first Missionaries landed and that is where we The Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus live and work.

On February 28, 2018, twenty five Bishops from Western and Northern Canada and the Nuncio, some priests concelebrated Mass at the St. Boniface Cathedral. There were in attendance many Women Religious from different congregations including us the Handmaids together with the Lay Faithful gathered for the Eucharistic celebration as part of this unique event.

Long live the Catholic Church in Western and Northern Canada, long live Archdiocese of Saint Boniface, long live the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus.
